While our primary focus is caring for your loved one with dementia, we understand how stressful the financial aspects of memory care can be. Most memory care communities will have tiered rates, with a base rate plus additional charges depending on the amount of care provided. This pricing model makes budgeting incredibly difficult for families. 

For that reason, we don't structure our rates this way. We know each day is different and want our staff to provide quality attention and care to residents of our community. We're not marking down how much care is provided so that we can charge more. Instead, we follow an all-inclusive pricing structure.

What are your payment options at Aspen Creek for Assisted Living in Troy?

Private-Pay: 

We are a private-pay-only residence. While this does mean paying for assisted living and memory care services ‘out-of-pocket,' it doesn't mean that you must have cash on hand or that you're paying solely from your savings or  personal income. Private-pay essentially means that the resident's family will have to plan in advance for costs using personal finances or assets to cover the costs of the memory care services. Keep in mind that people who are able to pay for care with insurance are also considered ‘private pay.’ This is because the insurance is not a payment that uses government programs.

Long-Term Care Insurance: 

Like any other type of insurance, long-term care insurance (LTC) is designed to offset the costs and expenses of long-term care for the insured person(s). We accept this form of insurance at our memory care community. Most policies pay a fixed dollar amount towards each level of care with higher levels of care being reimbursed at an increased rate.
