Aspen Creek of Sullivan was the first home-style memory care residence in Illinois. Since 2009, our memory support home has been helping those struggling with dementia live out happy, safe, and comfortable lives. With certified dementia care specialists always on staff, Aspen Creek of Sullivan is provides personalized care for each resident.
We chose the town of Sullivan for the first of our memory care homes in Illinois because of the its small-town community. Sullivan is an incredibly safe town with a quiet atmosphere and plenty of things to do. Through our activities program, we regularly get our residents engaged in many local events and day outings.
We balance out those local activities with our communal events as well. Between our spa services and their own private suite, our memory care home has plenty of terrific amenities to offer your loved one. We look forward to welcoming them home to our community.
